OUR TRIP TO LONDON ! Le voyage à Londre des classes de 2nde euro

(actualisé le ) par 2ndes euro

From the 12th to the 16th of December 2016, the two Euro English classes of « Seconde » went to London for a trip we really enjoyed. Now, let’s sum up this amazing week, full of varied activities that were very enriching for the students …

On Monday, we visited the charming city of Windsor. To us, the photo challenge the teachers organized was a nice way to discover the city by ourselves.

Tuesday was dedicated to art, with a « Street art tour » in the morning, and the visit of the famous « Tate Modern Museum » in the afternoon.

The best day of our trip was surely Wednesday ! The cricket practice we took part in was a great discovery for all of us. The coach was dynamic, always urging us to think about team work, to move forward, to go further...We especially enjoyed the final competition !
Moreover, the visit of the Natural History Museum, on the afternoon, was, according to us, the most interesting one of the trip.

On Thursday, we went to Oxford and walked around the city. We’ve been to two different colleges of the prestigious « Oxford University » : Christ Church College and Trinity College.
We learned a lot about the History of the University and we had the opportunity to do some shopping in the city centre.

Friday was the last day of our trip. We visited the British Museum and saw several exhibitions about ancient civilisations and about the Middle Ages.
Then, it was time to say goodbye to London …

We’d like to thank the teachers Mrs Corbel, Mrs Lemenedeu, Mrs Mélix and Mr Lemoing, for putting a lot of effort into the organization of this awesome trip.
